I’m a resident of Boulder, Colorado. I love to learn new things, and make connections. I also hate to be manipulated, and I am increasingly concerned with the amount of misinformation, disinformation, conspiracy theories, etc. that are really damaging our country.

I created this blog as an outlet so that as I learn new things that seem important, I can share them with my friends and family. I plan to talk about religion and politics here, which I have generally stayed away from in my personal blog.

So many people are ignoring politics these days because it’s just too painful. We’re just too divided. But I have kids, and I care about the world their kids grow up in. So I’m leaning in, knowing that even if I can’t make much of a difference in my lifetime, perhaps I can shift the trajectory just a tad so that my great grandchildren will have a better world.
